Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in a global or multi-regional environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition trends and best practices.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy
  • Identify and assess emerging talent acquisition trends and best practices
  • Lead and mentor a global team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists
  • Design and optimize recruitment processes
  • Oversee the use of recruitment technologies
  • Oversee the process of building salary offers for new hires and promotions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and promote Odaseva branding initiatives
  • Represent Odaseva at events, career fairs, and other recruitment-related activities
  • Partner with stream leaders and the People & Culture team to understand hiring needs
  • Promote diversity, equity and inclusion in all talent acquisition activities
  • Use data analytics to track and measure recruitment metrics
  • Ensure compliance with global employment laws, regulations, and company policies
