Its teams oversee leasing, maintenance, compliance, resident services, financial administration and capital planning across conventional and affordable housing. The company works at the property level while providing centralized systems and oversight suited to regulated residential operations. CRM is a third-party and portfolio property manager rather than a listings website, with performance measured through stable communities, responsive service and responsible stewardship of housing assets.
