Job Description:
Provides receptionist and clerical support in preparing, coordinating and compiling patient records, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
This is a PRN position
As a Customer Service Representative, you need to know how to:
- Coordinate day-to-day Guest Service activities including all guest services provided in the Fortin Lobby
- Assist patients/guests/families and staff with guest services including, but not limited to: directions, information, escorts, etc. throughout the campus
- Coordinate the cheer card program, meeting room scheduling, fleet vehicle scheduling, canine visitation, notary services and movie ticket, stamp, massage and gift certificate sales
- Follow up on all concerns and/or complaints with appropriate staff to ensure quick resolution to any problems that may occur
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Preferred Qualifications
At least one (1) year of customer services or guest relations experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing.
- Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.
- See and read computer monitors and documents.
- Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
- May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling and reaching.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
