Requirements
  • 2-5 Years of management experience managing a team of individual contributors
  • 2+ years of closing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • A disciplined approach to leadership, coaching, and management centered on a proven and demonstrable management operating rhythm
  • Ability to Motivate, Coach, and Interpret results by illuminating a vision, inspiring success, radiating accountability, and instilling disciplined practices within a team
  • Demonstrated success in achieving quotas/targets in a predictable and repeatable manner
  • Proven ability to implement strategies to help grow the business, motivate the team and improve operations
  • Experience optimizing sales processes and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach & Chili Piper

  • Develop the next generation of Momentive Account Executives
  • Mentor, coach and motivate SDRs to deliver high-quality sales opportunities for our Account Executive Team which turn into revenue
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve our pipeline and revenue goals
  • Create, monitor, and coach to KPIs and metrics that drive impactful results for the business and the people on your team
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Business System team to optimize Inbound processes and operations
  • Provide weekly reports on team performance, areas of improvement, and action plans to address
  • Work with Senior Leadership and Enablement to identify and recommend learning, training, and development opportunities for SDRs
