  • Mentor, coach and motivate SDRs to deliver high-quality sales opportunities for our Account Executive Team which turn into revenue
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve our pipeline and revenue goals
  • Create, monitor, and coach to KPIs and metrics that drive impactful results for the business and the people on your team
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Business System team to optimize Inbound processes and operations
  • Provide weekly reports on team performance, areas of improvement, and action plans to address
  • Work with Senior Leadership and Enablement to identify and recommend learning, training, and development opportunities for SDRs
