Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or National League for Nursing-approved registered nursing program.
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher degree in Nursing is required.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire is required.
  • Professional specialty certification is required or must be obtained within six months of hire.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinical operations across Manchester, Nashua, Dover, Portsmouth, and Derry practice locations.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered urology care.
  • Develop and support frontline clinical leadership, standardized workflows, best practices, communication, staff engagement, and operational alignment across sites.
  • Ensure department functioning complies with regulatory agencies, state statutes, practice standards, and requirements including DNV, The Joint Commission, SHA, CMS, and HIPAA.
  • Support and help review and revise nursing policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, and standards of care.
  • Support development and implementation of annual departmental goals and objectives.
  • Support development of business and marketing plans.
  • Ensure appropriate staff experience mix and staffing levels to meet patient population needs.
  • Interview and select candidates; initiate and approve hiring, transferring, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and terminating personnel.
  • Foster positive interdisciplinary communication and teamwork consistent with TeamSTEPPS principles.
  • Establish and communicate performance expectations, support professional goal development, monitor and evaluate staff performance, provide coaching, and conduct annual performance evaluations.
  • Prepare the annual departmental budget with the Practice Manager, including visits, revenues, staffing plans, operating expenses, and capital requests.
  • Manage full-time-equivalent staffing levels to meet standards.
  • Monitor and report monthly financial performance, identify variances, and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor, approve, and submit accurate payroll for clinical staff.
Desired Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years of recent ambulatory clinical experience.
  • Previous management or leadership experience.
  • A master's degree in Nursing or another healthcare-related field.
