Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in branding, marketing, advertising, or related field.
  • 5-7+ years of work experience, preferably in brand management, risk management, or related roles.
  • Solid understanding of marketing, risk management, change management and operational governance.
  • Ability to think strategically and implement effective risk and change management strategies.
  • Proven program/project management experience and experience successfully managing cross-functional global stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with proven ability to navigate ambiguity, move multiple projects forward, and succeed in a matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, e.g. Asana, SharePoint, Figma.
  • Experience collaborating with Legal/Compliance teams on reviewing contract language and trademark registration and adherence.
  • Experience collaborating with and overseeing external agency and other supplier engagements.
Responsibilities
  • Work across teams—Brand, Marketing, Communications, Design, Product, Legal and Compliance (and with external agencies)—to strengthen internal understanding of the brand architecture strategy.
  • Partner with the Brand System, Creative Services, and external agency teams to develop tools and guidance to support the implementation of and adherence to the brand architecture strategy—internally and with third parties.
  • Collaborate with Marketing leads, Product teams, Legal and Compliance to develop and enforce guidelines for third-party co-branding and co-marketing engagements.
  • Manage and respond promptly to internal and external brand-related requests: Providing guidelines and/or brand assets.
