Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in quality, cost, lead time, and safety.
  • Carry out and arrange completion of defined actions within the required deadlines.
  • Define and analyze continuous-improvement indicators, including overall equipment effectiveness, dashboards, and product quality reviews.
  • Define action plans in cooperation with team leaders and the unit manager.
  • Monitor completion deadlines and communicate progress.
  • Propose new investments and modifications to equipment and consumables.
  • Participate in defining technical, organizational, and process improvements related to the unit's activities, and pilot those improvements with the relevant departments.
  • Facilitate, coordinate, and participate in cross-functional project groups.
  • Participate in capacity and organizational studies related to the unit's activities to optimize performance.
  • Support operational teams in using and implementing continuous-improvement methods and tools.
  • Ensure proper execution of the defined production plan.
