What You will do:

• Translate the company’s strategy into an operational plan.

• Maintain accurate and compliant financials. 

• Lead the coordination of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling throughout the company.

• Be responsible for all internal and external financial reporting.

• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.

What we value:

• 5+ years of FP&A, private equity, or investing experience is required.

• High-bandwidth, high-energy personality.

• Demonstrated business acumen with a proven record of effectively questioning and evaluating assumptions and translating organizational strategies and priorities into financial terms.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder interests.

• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to the company’s leadership and board.

• Ability to think outside of the box and from first principles rather than depending solely on established best practices.

• Experience in consolidating financials across multiple subsidiaries.

• Aptitude for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Capacity to perform in compliance with U.S. export control laws.
