Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of regulatory documents, including supplement facts panels, artwork, and adverse events.
  • Monitor, interpret, and reinforce regulatory guidelines, ensuring company projects comply with all applicable laws and standards.
  • Assist in developing regulatory strategies for product approvals in domestic and international markets.
  • Create and maintain database of scientific research and ingredient science.
  • Conduct literature reviews and research to support scientific claims and cross-functional educational materials.
  • Analyze and synthesize scientific data to provide insights for Brand, Growth, and other teams across the company.
  • Assist in periodic audits to ensure compliance with FDA and FTC regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and supply chain teams to align on compliance and innovation goals.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and scientific advancements.
