Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management experience, including meaningful time supporting or optimizing live production environments rather than solely net-new implementations.
  • A proven track record identifying and closing the gap between a system's designed capability and actual usage, including root-causing adoption issues rather than only resolving tickets.
  • Strong experience with core Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules, including Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, and Warehouse Management, under real-world production conditions.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
  • Ability to lead enhancement and optimization roadmaps, translate business pain points into scoped and sequenced improvements, and guide teams through execution.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience engaging C-suite and director-level stakeholders, including explaining why adding a feature is not always the right solution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a rolling backlog, produce high-quality work products, and lead engagements with minimal oversight.
  • Verification of identity and eligibility to work in the United States and completion of the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
Responsibilities
  • Assess live Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management environments across Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Product Information Management, and Warehouse Management to identify underused capabilities, configuration drift, and gaps between designed processes and actual usage.
  • Optimize advanced Supply Chain Management capabilities already in production, including Master Planning, Asset Management, Transportation Management, and Quality Management, to close performance and adoption gaps.
  • Advise clients on supply chain process improvements involving inventory optimization, demand planning, procurement, and warehouse efficiency, focusing on measurable value from existing implementations.
  • Gather and analyze ongoing business pain points and translate them into prioritized enhancement roadmaps, functional designs, and system configuration changes.
  • Distinguish issue fixes from improvement opportunities and route each to the appropriate team and cadence.
  • Identify opportunities to apply agentic artificial intelligence and Copilot-driven automation to supply chain processes.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and grow the practice's optimization and managed services offering.
  • Contribute to optimization methodologies, accelerators, and best practices; mentor team members; and help grow the post-go-live offering.
Desired Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate certification.
  • APICS/ASCM certification, such as CPIM or CSCP.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or other asset-driven industries.
  • Experience with advanced Supply Chain Management modules such as Master Planning, Production Control, Asset Management, Transportation Management, or Quality Management.
  • Experience with complementary independent software vendor solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including how they are affected by platform updates over time.
  • Experience designing or implementing agentic artificial intelligence or Copilot-based workflows for finance or back-office processes.
  • Prior consulting experience within a professional services environment, ideally including managed services, application management services, or post-go-live support.

Crowe takes on 96 new trainees as it invests in next generation of talent.

Crowe takes on 96 new trainees as it invests in next generation of talent. Published 9th Sep 2026, 14:36 BST Nearly one third of the new recruits will work in Crowe's Birmingham, Oldbury and Cheltenham offices. National audit, tax, advisory and consulting firm Crowe has taken on 96 trainees as part of its 2026 intake and drive to invest in new talent. Nearly one third are in Crowe's Birmingham, Oldbury and Cheltenham offices, with 20 in the West Midlands and nine in Gloucestershire. The new recruits are based across Crowe's offices in London, Birmingham, Oldbury, Thames Valley, Manchester, Cheltenham and Kent, and join teams spanning tax, corporate audit, business advisory and accounting, social purpose and non-profit audit, and financial reporting. Ross Prince, Midlands and South West office managing partner at Crowe, said: "We are very pleased to welcome so many new faces to our three offices in this region as they embark on their careers. "Our services are increasingly in demand across the West Midlands and South West, and so our new trainees have a very exciting time ahead of them." In their first few weeks at the firm, the trainees are taking part in a structured induction programme designed to introduce Crowe's culture, values and ways of working, while building relationships with colleagues from across the business. The latest intake forms part of Crowe's wider Early Careers programme, which offers a range of pathways into the profession, including graduate roles, school leaver opportunities, internships and placements. Trainees benefit from professional qualifications, structured learning and development programmes, mentoring and hands-on experience working with clients across a diverse range of sectors. The arrival of the trainee cohort follows another successful year of Crowe's participation in the 10,000 Black Interns programme, an initiative pioneered by the 10,000 Interns Foundation. This summer, the firm welcomed 17 interns across its UK offices, marking its fifth year of sponsoring the initiative. Several former participants who have since joined Crowe permanently also supported this year's cohort, sharing their experiences, offering guidance and helping interns navigate life at the firm. Crowe also recently welcomed its first interns through its partnership with The ABL Foundation, which promotes a sustainable cycle of opportunity for disabled talent. Mitesh Patelia, chief executive at Crowe, said: "We are delighted to welcome 96 trainees to Crowe as they begin this exciting stage of their professional journey. These talented individuals bring fresh perspectives, enthusiasm and ambition, and we are committed to supporting their development through high-quality training, professional qualifications and meaningful client experience. "As Crowe continues to invest in its people, our Early Careers programme remains a key part of our strategy to attract, develop and retain future talent, providing opportunities for people to build rewarding careers. It is also central to our long-term success. Talent is all around us, but opportunity isn't, so alongside our trainee programme, we are proud to champion and support initiatives that improve access to the accountancy profession." Alicia Zarandi, head of talent acquisition at Crowe, added: "Expanding access to our opportunities is an important part of our Early Careers strategy, but it's equally important that students have a positive, fair and engaging experience throughout the process, and that we continue to attract the talent our business needs. "Through meaningful partnerships, targeted outreach and the support of our internal networks, we work to ensure our opportunities reach a wide range of students and graduates, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, potential, and long-term fit. "Our goal is to balance reach, experience and outcomes, ensuring talented students can access our opportunities, enjoy a positive recruitment journey, and thrive in careers that support our business's future success."

Monna Group enters debt collection agreement with Crowe Liberia, LLC in support of Monrovia Oil Trading Company liquidation.

Monna Group enters debt collection agreement with Crowe Liberia, LLC in support of Monrovia Oil Trading Company liquidation. August 28, 2026 Monna Group Liberia Limited has entered into a debt collection agreement with Crowe Liberia, LLC, the Liberian member firm of the Crowe Global network, in connection with the court-ordered liquidation of Monrovia Oil Trading Company (MOTC). The engagement adds Monna Group's recovery expertise to a liquidation process that Crowe Liberia has been appointed by the court to oversee from an accounting standpoint. A court-appointed role, A recovery Partner. When Monrovia Oil Trading Company went into liquidation, the court ordered Crowe Liberia to manage the company's accounting activities throughout the process - a role that typically involves bringing clarity and order to a company's financial affairs as its assets and liabilities are wound down. Part of that work involves accounting for amounts owed to the company by its debtors. That is where Monna Group's engagement fits in. Under the debt collection agreement, Monna Group has been brought on to support the recovery of outstanding amounts owed to Monrovia Oil Trading Company - working on Crowe Liberia's behalf, in its capacity managing the company's liquidation accounting, to help convert outstanding receivables into recovered value as part of the broader liquidation effort. About Crowe Liberia, LLC. Crowe Liberia, LLC is a full-service accounting firm licensed to practice in Liberia and a member firm of the Liberian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (LICPA). As part of the Crowe Global network - currently ranked among the top ten international accounting and consulting networks in the world - the firm draws on internationally recognized standards and resources while maintaining a strong, established presence in the Liberian market. The firm traces its roots to T.D Joseph & Associates, founded by Theo. Deputy Joseph after 24 years as Managing Partner of Baker Tilly Liberia Limited, and its senior staff collectively bring decades of public accounting experience across Liberia, the United States, Nigeria, and Sierra Leone. Crowe Liberia has built a reputation in the Liberian marketplace for rigorous, standards-driven work - a track record that made it a fitting choice for the court's appointment in the MOTC matter. Why this engagement matters. Liquidation proceedings depend on the accurate, timely recovery of what a company is owed - money that ultimately factors into how the liquidation is resolved for all parties involved. By working alongside Crowe Liberia's accounting oversight, Monna Group is contributing focused, professional debt recovery capability to a process that requires both financial rigor and diligent, lawful collection work. For Monna Group, being engaged in support of a court-supervised liquidation handled by a Crowe Global member firm is a reflection of the trust placed in its team to handle sensitive, high-stakes recovery work with the professionalism it demands. Looking ahead. Monna Group is committed to carrying out this engagement in full compliance with Liberian law and in close coordination with Crowe Liberia as the liquidation process moves forward. Monna Group look forward to supporting a resolution that serves the interests of all parties connected to the Monrovia Oil Trading Company liquidation.
