Requirements
  • BA in marketing, public relations, communications or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in campaign management for social media(WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, etc), digital media, targeting diverse users
  • Experience in designing content and creatives to publish across media channels
  • Experience optimizing digital marketing channels to deliver against sales and acquisition metrics (e.g. cost per order/new customer)
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing research, analytics and tools
  • Proven capability to use data to drive business decisions & marketing optimization required
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • A team player and a problem solver
  • Self-starter with an innate curiosity and the drive to test, learn, adapt and be agile in a constantly evolving environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Responsibilities
  • Identify target audiences, positioning and messaging to communicate value proposition of the platform across channels
  • Enhance social media presence by cultivating owned media channel to drive awareness, create online communities and fuels lead generations by developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns
  • Deep expertise in paid media and to drive e-commerce (new user acquisition); experience with online-to-offline, app acquisition campaigns
  • Development of impactful content and creatives in alignment with content and design teams that resonates with target audience
  • Supporting execution of a broader marketing plan as assigned
  • Collaborating with peers and other stakeholders in the company in creating brand awareness
  • An in-depth examination into the weekly campaign performance, to understand trends and identify successes and opportunities, as well as forecasting future channel performance and decoding future marketing strategies
