Requirements
  • You have 4+ years of Product Marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company (startup experience and/or HR tech industry a strong plus)
  • You have successfully launched new products to market to drive business growth
  • You can design compelling enablement content and programs that effectively train GTM teams on new products & features
  • You have outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
  • You can and are willing to showcase your presentation skills (including webinars, internal presentations, etc.)
  • You know how to work cross-functionality with product, sales, customers success, and marketing
Responsibilities
  • You'll be an early member of the product marketing function, which plays a strategic role in developing Gem's messaging, positioning, launch strategy, and GTM enablement. In your first six months, you'll quarterback the launch of new products, manage product update communications, and drive sales excellence through well-designed enablement and competitive intelligence
  • The ideal candidate is an experienced product marketer who has brought new revenue-driving products to market, knows how to effectively enable their GTM counterparts to pitch and sell, and can thrive with the rapidly changing dynamics of a start-up environment
  • Partner closely with product management to execute end-to-end product launches, from early access and messaging to enablement, collateral development, and cross-channel promotion
  • Develop engaging enablement content and training programs that ramp up our GTM teams to effectively sell
  • Own internal and external product update communications, including the monthly newsletter and other creative methods that you come up with
  • Develop messaging and positioning that will be used throughout the company to drive demand, win deals, and build a strong brand
  • Partner with marketing to develop and promote campaigns that position Gem as a thought leader in the Talent Acquisition industry
  • Create standout external content that demonstrates the value of Gem's offering, including one-pagers, blogs, and more
  • Collaborate with the Product & GTM teams on competitive intelligence and positioning
  • Speak and present about Gem to both external and internal audiences
