Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; strong preference for previous Life Sciences, BioPharma, Lab recruitment
  • Experience with recruiting exempt and non-exempt level roles
  • Experience building successful hiring strategies that target and attract both passive and active candidates; experience with in-person hiring events a plus
  • Exceptional talent research / sourcing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate and closes candidates
  • Highly collaborative team player and communicator
  • Strong sense of urgency and self-drive with the ability to produce consistent and high quality results
  • Data-driven mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Comfort and / or expertise with common recruiting systems, tools, services - GreenHouse, Ashby familiarity a plus!
  • Ability and willingness to pivot support areas as business priorities / needs evolve
  • Ability and willingness to travel (<10%) for quarterly meetings or recruiting related activities
Responsibilities
  • Provides full-lifecycle recruiting for roles that span across our business and current priorities, managing on average 10-15 reqs at any given time
  • Builds and cultivates qualified and diverse talent pipelines by utilizing a variety of direct and innovative sourcing techniques and strategies including social media, Internet sourcing, name generation research, networking, etc
  • Acts as a strategic advisor able to influence the business by consulting with hiring managers regarding recruiting trends, specific business intelligence, and various recruiting activities
  • Manages the selection process by coordinating feedback from all parties; facilitating decision making, advising on compensation packages, negotiating salaries and closing candidates
  • Provides insightful analysis of recruiting activity and reports - makes recommendations for improvements. Meets established metrics per the assigned business unit or function
  • Maintains a high-level of quality and timely updates with regard to our hiring process and any data captured in our systems (ATS)
  • Effectively communicates and collaborates with team members, hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure effective and efficient recruitment outcomes and delivery
  • May include other recruiting related projects and duties as assigned
