As a Principal Product Designer at Assured you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You will lead the design vision, driving innovation and ensuring a seamless and user-centric experience for our customers. Your expertise will influence not only the look and feel of our products but also the overall design culture within the organization.

👩‍💻Lead and contribute to the strategic direction of our product design, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align design initiatives with business goals.

🚗Drive the ideation, prototyping, and refinement of our SaaS products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability, functionality, and visual appeal.

👨‍🎨Foster a design-centric culture within the organization, inspiring and mentoring design teams to deliver outstanding, user-focused solutions.

🎨Ensure a consistent design language and branding across our suite of products, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable user experience.

🏆Champion usability and accessibility principles, conducting research and utilizing metrics to inform. 

🤝Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design efforts with overall product strategy and business objectives.

⚙️Establish and refine design processes, adapting them to scale with the growth of the company. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.

You have…

🗂Proven experience in product design, with a track record of delivering successful SaaS products.

📌Exceptional skills in UX/UI design, product thinking, and a strong portfolio showcasing your contributions to impactful, user-focused designs.

Ability to think strategically about design and articulate the rationale behind design decisions. Experience in contributing to product strategy discussions.

📊Experience applying user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights to drive design decisions.

❗️Demonstrated leadership in guiding and inspiring design teams. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

🦾Strong prototyping abilities and experience creating interactive prototypes.
