As the Associate Director, Business Operations, you’ll guide process evolution, integration, and strategic collaboration across Merkle | Cardinal Path. Reporting into the Senior Director, you will focus on enhancing daily operations by aligning partners, supporting offshore team members, and implementing best practices. You will use your expertise in ERP/PSA systems to promote data-driven decision-making and automate business process inefficiencies. You will support a positive change management mentality to embrace change with a focus on business improvement to identify profitable growth opportunities. Responsibilities:
Leadership & Collaboration with Operational Excellence Strategy:
- Develop an understanding of existing business system capabilities.
- Collaborate to provide Delivery Optimization initiatives by offering strategic support and strategy to incorporate streamlined processes and capabilities.
- Create solutions with strategic leadership to refine processes, continuous improvement, and change management.
- Proactively seek and implement solutions that support alignment between our brand and the parent company tools & processes.
- Participate in integration initiatives.
Team Oversight & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build relationships with department leadership.
- Collaborate on business operations processes, defining requirements, and ensuring agreement across business stakeholders.
- Partner with the offshore Business Operations team to bring clarity, structure, direction, and feedback for continuous improvement of tasks.
- Support the Business Operations offshore team by helping meet team goals and articulating each member’s role. Provide oversight support and help team members overcome obstacles to deliver timely, efficient, and complete solutions.
- Use system technology to reduce Business Operations manual processes with automated and efficient solutions.
Vision & Purpose:
- Promote and enhance the Business Operations department team in daily delivery efforts.

Qualifications
You Have:
- 5+ years’ experience working in a professional services setting for Operational Excellence.
- MBA (plus)
- Administered ERP, CRM, PSA, BI Dashboards, and Knowledge Management systems.
- Experience using a variety of AI tools and systems to build efficient and automated processes.
- Knowledge of NetSuite/Openair system administration, O365, PowerBI, Excel, or similar tools (plus)Experience collaborating with and presenting to internal delivery, project management, and leadership teams.
- Comfortability with a variety of different projects simultaneously
- Experience making complex concepts clearer.
- Experience soliciting feedback to make great work possible for partners across the business.
- Knowledge of delivery and optimisation processes and reporting based on professional service industry metrics and goals
- Demonstrated power skills in relationship management, project management, change management, and team member engagement
- Experience in process design, improvement, and automation by applying the system and tools available.
