Responsibilities
- Partners with management to identify and develop training solutions to solve business issues
- Gathers information on business objectives from management, determines training needs, and recommends solutions
- Participates in the development and evaluation of training metrics and measurement components
- Tracks and analyzes training programs by examining training participants' job performance
- Conducts and facilitates general and specific training programs for organization employees and/or external customers
- Conducts and analyzes evaluations to judge effectiveness of training sessions and implements improvements
- Collects information on employee performance and feedback
- Support and mentor new team members
- May travel to remote locations to deliver training
