Responsibilities
  • Partners with management to identify and develop training solutions to solve business issues
  • Gathers information on business objectives from management, determines training needs, and recommends solutions
  • Participates in the development and evaluation of training metrics and measurement components
  • Tracks and analyzes training programs by examining training participants' job performance
  • Conducts and facilitates general and specific training programs for organization employees and/or external customers
  • Conducts and analyzes evaluations to judge effectiveness of training sessions and implements improvements
  • Collects information on employee performance and feedback
  • Support and mentor new team members
  • May travel to remote locations to deliver training
