Payroll Specialist

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Payroll and Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in processing payroll. You’ll assist with and own aspects of payroll processing, state registrations and compliance, and all payroll related communications from our growing, multi-state employee base. 

What you’ll do:

• Handle payroll processing procedures in ADP
• Serve as a point of contact for employee pay-related questions 
• Handle employee data and updates in our payroll system throughout the lifecycle of each team member
• Partner with our Accounting and People Ops teams to ensure alignment on employee data 

Who you are:

• You have 2+ years of experience with high volume payroll processing
• You have excellent quantitative and Excel skills
• You have 1+ years of experience with ADP
• You have multi-state payroll experience
• You have strong communication skills

Salary Band: $86,000 - $99,000
