  • This is a part-time position, up to 25 hours per week
Responsibilities
  • Assisting booking department with administrative duties
  • Maintaining confirmation grid for all LNU events
  • Research potential target markets for shows
  • Research digital avenues in various markets
  • Request, track, and coordinate assets for events
  • Cover shows
  • Final internship project will be assigned at the beginning of the internship program to be presented at the end
  • Learn the basics of talent booking
  • Learn tour routing and how markets dictate where tours go
  • Sit with our local team to learn the booking side from their perspective (new bands reaching out to them, talent buying, etc)

Desired Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
  • Junior or Senior standing
  • Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects at once
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50+ lbs. and occasional sitting
