- Experience with application architecture and design, design patterns, and Windows.

- Five to seven years of industry experience in software development and writing solutions using Java technology in a web-based application development environment.
- Exceptional HTML and CSS skills.
- Experience developing RESTful JSON APIs.
- Practical XML experience and knowledge of working within a continuous build environment.
- Ability to work within the existing ServiceNow IT service management tool architecture and processes.
- Ability to provide guidance to the PCP team on the best solution within the existing tool structure.
- Ability to work in a global team environment and independently while managing multiple tasks and delivering quality results.
- Support IT PCP Service enhancement requests in the IT service management tool, ServiceNow.
- Assess business needs and craft robust, scalable application architecture and designs.
- Develop web-based applications and solutions using Java and JavaScript.
- Work within the existing IT service management tool architecture and structure while adhering to established processes.
- Provide guidance to the PCP team on appropriate solutions for presented issues.
- Experience with agile development processes.
