Requirements
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain and retain a Secret clearance, including a credit, fingerprint, and law enforcement agency investigation.
  • At least four years of experience supporting a combination of Program Executive Office and/or Major Systems Acquisition Programs in a Systems Engineering capacity.
  • Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics discipline.
  • Ability to interface with senior levels of management.
  • Ability to recommend improvements to current and future team operations and processes.
  • Ability to research, gather, and synthesize data.
  • Ability to present conclusions and recommendations to management.
  • Ability to prepare summaries, analyses, reports, charts, graphs, instructions, memoranda, and manuals/reference materials for benchmarking purposes or for inclusion in required and ad hoc reports.
  • Ability to plan and organize work.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform in a hybrid office environment at the client's discretion, working on-site as requested while maintaining the equipment necessary and provided for remote work.
Responsibilities
  • Apply experience preparing Information Technology documentation, block diagrams, and logic flowcharts.
  • Prepare sample developmental test data and analyze test results to inform product development and debugging efforts.
  • Update and maintain system requirements and configuration documentation.
  • Evaluate vendor capabilities, products, and/or Information Technology services in support of the transition from STEPP to CSOD.
  • Propose development strategies, action plans, and Information Technology roadmaps to guide the transition from STEPP to CSOD.
  • Collaborate with hardware design engineers on machine characteristics that affect software and database systems and resolve compatibility issues.
  • Support the development of operational requirements documentation and requirements traceability matrices to ensure that operational requirements translate to technical requirements.
