Project & Operations Management Internship - Summer 2023, Remote
Job Description:
This Project & Operations Management Intern will be responsible for supporting our GIC Operations team in a variety of projects including, but not limited to, business analytics, quality assurance, and process implementation.
This is a 100% remote work opportunity based out of our Andover, Massachusetts office. This internship will run for 10 weeks (June 5th-August 11th) on a full-time, or 40 hours per week schedule.
How you will make an impact:
Researching, analyzing, and documenting operations issues and the issue resolutions
Identifying workflows and documenting step-by-step processes to optimize day-to-day functions
Contributing research and insights to resolve data discrepancies
Researching and implementing documentation solutions to increase the productivity and efficiency of the assigned project-based data work
Interfacing with a variety of teams and departments to assist with tasks such as data collection, analysis, and preparing strategic reports
Minimum Requirements:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Health Operations Management, Public Health, or related degree at an accredited college or university
Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements

Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of team members in a fast-paced professional environment
Possess a strong intellectual curiosity and motivated to grow knowledge and develop new skills
