Job Description

JD Logistics is looking for a results-driven individual with supply chain experience to boost sales of supply chain products in the North American market. The supply chain solution manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in e-commerce sales activities while coordinating with cross-functional departments within the business units.

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain solutions Manager with deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain logistics and e-commerce logistics. As a supply chain solution manager, you will work cross-functionally to design and execute supply chain processes. You will drive higher availability and lower fulfillment costs for the business.

1.     Service Provider Management:

• Account Management: Responsible for the management of UPS last mile accounts, including the application for new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, conduct daily monitoring and status report
• Contract Management: Responsible for contracts/amendment signing and contract terms interpreting, ensure the accuracy and compliance.
• Daily Operations: Assist with multiple locations on pick-up resource management, including daily schedule booking and proactively communicate with service providers to address ad hoc requirements for significant shipment volumes increasing.
• Claims: Compile and establish claim rules with merchants based on UPS official shipping protection policies and rules. Regularly verify and reconcile related transactions, includes but is not limited to: new claim submission, ongoing claims tracking, record sorting, compiling weekly reports compiling, exceptions troubleshooting.
• Billing Management: Take care of all activities in terms of billing function, including provide timely, accurate invoicing, resolving inconsistencies as needed, draft and distribute weekly reports of invoicing and billing,

make corresponding payments based on payment term, provide customer support to customers with disputes or inquiries concerning invoices or billing process

2.     Customer Support

• Review and audit files and data for new account applications, mainly verifying if the information is complete, compliant, and accurate. Decision making on account types of approval and based on specific situations.
• Resolve account and product issues that arise during the system integration process.

3.     Product Operations

• Determine pricing strategies based on business scope and scenarios
• Develop and maintain product features and provide support to other departments, including but not limited to invoices and billings, daily running.
• Responsible for contract renewals, annual price negotiations, and volume monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Familiar with both local logistics and cross-border logistics products, order management system, and e-commerce platform operating rules.
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are a must.
• Someone who is highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Good time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• E-commerce/supply chain knowledge is a big plus.
• BA/BS required
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in managing partnership with logistic service providers in the U.S.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin.
