Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to coordinate, develop and execute service strategies to achieve short- and long-term business objectives within CAS as it relates to service activities and program.
  • Drive execution of key CAS initiatives to achieve OU, Area and Regional level goals.
  • Maximize Regional personnel performance by managing, developing and motivating Regional Service Managers to deliver unsurpassed patient care, physician/AHP service and technical expertise in the hospital, and other care settings.
  • Lead all area service-related activities and programs to efficiently optimize resources, deliver customer value and deliver exceptional service.
  • Partners with sales team to drive key service initiatives and provide service assessments via periodic business reviews that highlight the value of Medtronic service to our customers.
  • Work with area and regional leadership to align resources based on business priorities and appropriate service demands.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams: marketing, training and education, and regional field educators.
  • Collaborate with sales team and additional key stakeholders to coordinate and execute strategies to achieve service-related business objectives.
  • Ability to align service strategies with Medtronic’s broader business goals in the electrophysiology market.
  • Understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive service innovation.
  • Business Discipline: Sales support, MPXR reports, credentialing, expense management, data privacy, warranty credits.
  • Ability to stay up to date with technological advancements and disseminate knowledge across the regional team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Leads all regional service managers to execute on key goals and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to regional service managers; provides regular performance reviews and implements corrective actions where necessary during regular field visits and formally during corporate mid-year and annual performance review process.
  • Assist employees with goal setting, performance reviews, and individual development planning.
  • Responsible for recruiting and hiring all field service team members. Continually work to maintain a strong, diverse bench of talent for future hiring opportunities.
  • Partner with education team and internal resources to coordinate the training of field personnel across the area.
  • Strong focus on continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ability to manage conflict resolution and foster a positive team culture.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous mapping and navigation experience
  • Medtronic experience in role that interacts with CV portfolio field organization
  • Knowledge of local electrophysiology customer base
  • Experience in sales, marketing, training, healthcare, technical services or related areas in the medical device industry
  • Training and experience with Lean Sigma principles
  • Demonstrated business acumen
  • Demonstrated leadership skills involving coaching and employee development
  • Capable of critical/strategic thinking; ability to execute strategy
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
