Housekeeping Lobby Attendant

Job Description

• Ensure the spa and gym areas are fully stocked with necessary supplies and routinely inspected throughout the day for cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain the lobby area, ensuring it remains clean, dust-free, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Regularly inspect, clean, and replenish supplies in public restrooms to ensure they are consistently well maintained.
• Ensure the pool area is adequately stocked with towels and replenish them throughout the day as needed.
• Deliver guest laundry that has been returned from outside laundry service during the day.
• Clean and maintain locker rooms, ensuring all essential supplies are fully stocked.
• Clean and maintain all elevators, including interior surfaces and high-touch areas.
• Sweep and maintain hallways, ensuring they remain clean and free of debris.
• Remove trash from the admin offices and maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Remove trash from the PBX area and ensure the area remains clean and presentable.
• Vacuum the second-floor hallway, ensuring the area is clean and free of debris.
• Clean and maintain the Room Service restroom, including replenishing supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate in English with guests and fellow Heartists.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Basic proficiency with Apple and Android mobile devices.
• Ability to effectively operate and communicate using a two-way radio.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, including proper handling and usage.
• Ability to safely operate washers and dryers.
• Demonstrates safe and secure work practices and follows all applicable safety

Pay Range: 

• $26.70 - $27.50 per hour (first 9 months)
• $30.93 - $31.83 per hour (next 9 months)
• $35.37 per hour (month 19+)

Schedule: Varies

Compensation: 26.7 to 35.37 (USD) (HOURLY)
