Requirements
  • BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience
  • Possess five years of operational or instructional experience within the last seven years related to real time sensitive collection or reporting in support of military operations
  • Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required
Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and 24/7/365 real-time mentoring support
  • Develop working aids
  • Maintain currency records for JOIO operators, course curriculum, and training references
  • Provide the government with advice for job qualification standards
  • Maintain currency by supporting real-world missions
  • Instruct platform-training courses in the area of mission management
Desired Qualifications
  • NSA, SCE, or industry equivalent instructor certification
  • Experience as an on-shift Mission Manager
  • NSA or SCE collection or geolocation certifications
