Requirements
  • 2+ years client-facing experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in client success type role. You’ve worked directly with a portfolio of clients to implement programs and ensure engagement success
  • 4+ years of healthcare experience
  • Ability to independently prioritize work, creatively and proactively problem-solve and deliver results when opportunities abound
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate new client implementations
  • Proactive tracking and execution of implementation steps across all stakeholders, internal and external
  • Advocate for client success by creating client program performance reports and proactively identifying strategies for improvement regularly with client
  • Deliver the best client service and support by helping clients troubleshoot, triage, and resolve requests quickly and effectively
  • Prepare frequent ad-hoc reports/analyses, troubleshooting for external 340B entity clients, business partners, and internal teams (e.g. sales) as needed
  • Provide feedback on product development as needed
  • Act as the “voice” of the client to our sales, product development, and internal operations teams, to ensure the clients are supported and heard
  • Report and present on our progress to various internal and external leadership
