  • Experience in quarrying, mining, or a related industry (supervisory experience preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate quarry production activities, ensuring targets are met
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations across the site
  • Lead, train, and motivate quarry staff to maximise efficiency and teamwork
  • Work closely with the Site Maintenance Supervisor to monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance, minimizing downtime
  • Maintain accurate production records and report on performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • Bring a strong safety mindset and manage high risk activities and reduce risk exposure for self and others
