Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development
  • Natural at onboarding and proactively increasing product adaptation, customer engagement, and satisfaction
  • Native German speaker and fluent in English
  • Understanding of metrics: Adoption Rate, Net Revenue Retention, Customer Lifetime Value, Net Promoter Score, Churn Rate, and more
  • Impressive communication skills and ability to build trustful relationships
  • Ability to leverage internal wiki pages to independently answer customer questions and solve product problems
  • Comfortable in the tech space and talent for automation
  • Authentic, honest, intrinsically motivated, and responsible
Responsibilities
  • Supporting customers to bring their brand to the next level
  • Advising, supporting, or guiding customers on the latest features
  • Working in a hybrid format with the ability to work on-site in St. Gallen or London office 1-2 times a week
