- 1-3 years of business experience in financial analysis, accounting, and/or operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to research and resolve issues and propose solutions

- Demonstrate flexibility and positive client-service attitude
- Self-motivated and able to self-prioritize with minimal supervision
- Expertise and advanced skills in Excel
- Assist in the preparation of financial models for executive management, investors, and lenders
- Evaluate financial feasibility of proposed projects
- Work directly with senior management in the development of business and strategic plans, proposals, and presentations
- Assist department in due diligence processes by coordinating and managing the information flow to and from third parties (i.e., sellers, buyers, owners, bankers, legal counsel, etc.)
- Provide information to executive leadership by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
