Our Advisor Transition Services teams are dedicated to championing and serving the unique needs of transitioning advisors and their clients.
The Manager, Advisor Transition Services puts the growth and education of these advisors at the center of everything we do. Advisor Transition Managers have a deep expertise and understanding of the industry and this segment, which allows them to provide our advisor clients with the tools and resources to be successful. The successful candidate will play a vital role in evolving the ATS offer, by participating in the creation of a unique support model focused on a specific niche of advisors seeking independence.
What you’ll do:
- Provide a seamless transition experience for advisors by focusing on platform training and operational proficiency
- Work with leadership to provide additional enhancements, training materials, and resources to help our Advisors become digital advocates
- Maintain a strong band of communication between internal business partners, including sales and leadership
- Demonstrate superior understanding of features and benefits of Schwab tools, products, and services in order to encourage adoption and provide scale to the segment
- Facilitate advisor education and training that improves their ability to navigate Schwab systems and processes, reduces rework and improves overall efficiency
- Collaborate with all departments within Advisor Services to provide creative ideas and solutions that will benefit the business and set the strategic direction of the segment
- Be held accountable to achieving advisor training milestones, advisor technology adoption goals and first year client satisfaction
