  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable experience
  • 2+ years' experience in a full cycle Sales role
  • 1+ years of customer facing sales experience
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
  • Understanding of Saas, Virtualization, and Cloud
  • Startup experience & some vertical experience a plus
  • Experience selling to Law Enforcement/Public Sector a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 30-50% as approved by the business
Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing a regional sales plan
  • Participating in training sessions, meetings, and professional development classes
  • Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads or accounts
  • Maintaining and expanding the CRM (Salesforce) with prospects, accounts, and additional contacts
  • Outbound and inbound account management
  • Attending industry conferences and regional trade shows
  • Providing effective product demos for end-user customers
  • Emphasizing the Axon Ecosystem by promoting product features and benefits
  • Fulfilling requests for orders, quotations, and lead times
  • Capturing accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system
  • Attending industry conferences and regional trade shows
