Requirements
  • One to two years of property management experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Onesite software is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Collect and post income within 24 hours of collection.
  • Prepare and deliver delinquency, eviction, and three-day notices to vacate.
  • Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs.
  • Participate in leasing activity.
  • File resident correspondence, back up the phones, and assist with general office management.
  • Prepare security deposit refunds or charges.
  • Post vending commissions, NSF checks, and other miscellaneous income and expenses.
  • Keep all lease files current and complete.
  • Take over the Property Manager’s responsibilities when the Property Manager is unavailable.
Desired Qualifications
  • Leasing experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Onesite software is preferred.
