Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), plus Keynote
  • Experience with Google programs (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deliver good quality work on deadline

  • Basic knowledge of Digital Media tactics (Mobile, Video, OTT, Programmatic, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant major and courses preferred
Responsibilities
  • Pulls media research (Kantar, Scarborough, Buxton, etc.), as needed.
  • Prepares client deliverables (presentation decks, POVs, reporting, etc.), as needed.
  • Schedules internal meetings and coordinates resources, as needed.
  • Trains in all media planning and buying tools (Prisma/Media Ocean, Lumina, DFA, etc.).
  • Checks media contracts to ensure consistency across internal and external systems.
  • Researches billing and reporting discrepancies, as needed.
  • Develops campaign performance reports and provides optimization recommendations.
  • Builds vendor/publisher relationships and maintain contact lists for media reps.
  • Perform other job functions, as required by their Supervisor.
