Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in events organization, and/or DTC community events role
  • Thorough understanding of Arc'teryx brand positioning
  • Excellent written, presentation, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
  • Leading the New Store Opening community events strategy execution
  • Coordinating community events and new store openings
  • Overseeing the financial aspects of community events
  • Utilizing data analytics tools to track and measure the success of community events
  • Coordinating sponsorship and vendor management
  • Providing training and guidance to internal teams
  • Managing the delivery of contractual obligations and retail integration into events
  • Owning communication and correspondences with cross functional teams
  • Hosting and coordinating experiences and events remotely
  • Creating and building SOPs (standard operating procedures) for community events
