  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Strong initiative and proven experience independently driving projects to completion.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and technologies such as multi factor authentication, JSON Web Token(JWT), Security Assertion Markup Language(SAML), OpenID Connect(OIDC), Open Authentication(OAuth) etc.
  • Extensive hands-on knowledge of identity and access management best practices, procedures, and software solutions such as Azure AD, CyberArk, etc.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technologies, such as single sign-on (SSO), SAML, two-factor authentication, privileged access management, directory services, federated identity management, etc.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various software, IT, and trading support teams.
  • Identify solutions to various technical problems. The solution can be purchased or developed internally.
  • Provide analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of identity solutions and related technologies. These are expected to be accompanied by research data and evidence. Being open to collaborating with data provided by others and evidence driven outcomes. Strong opinions are desirable only when loosely held in the face of new data.
  • Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management related issues.
  • Improve identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats and efficiency.
  • Analyze and document the existing identity and access management processes and technology and maintain an assessment of risks and priorities.
  • Work with the Governance, Risk and Control team to update the risk assessment of Identity and Access Management related controls.
  • Work with the GRC & other Engineering teams to identify thoughtful and impactful identity policies.
  • Design and plan for what identity will look like at DRW, across the firm and technology stacks (cloud included) and come up with a plan to get us there.
