• You have experience architecting frontend systems where performance and usability are key.
• You have 8+ years of experience building scalable web applications with large volumes of data and rich visualizations.
• You have 3+ years of solid experience with React and TypeScript. 
• You have experience implementing component libraries and design systems and care deeply about building accessible interfaces.
• You take pride in both delivering delightful user experiences and in championing technical excellence
• You’re excited to work collaboratively within engineering and across functional teams
• You value mentorship and enjoy helping the engineers around you grow
• You’re eager to contribute your ideas and experiences to help Affinity continuously improve as a product and as a company
