Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT Systems and infrastructure
  • At least 1 year of experience with TCP/IP protocols
  • At least 1 year of experience with Windows or Linux operating systems and support
  • At least 1 year of experience in Network Management and Monitoring Tools and Utilities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering (Preferred)
  • CCNA, Network+ or Security+ Certificate (Preferred)
  • 3 + years of experience in Incident, Change, Problem and Configuration Management (Preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in all aspects of Network and Security (Preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in Fault, Capacity and Performance Management (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow up on user questions, problems or malfunctions of Branch and Café networks, hardware, software and wireless equipment
  • Proactively, identify and address issues utilizing provided tools
  • Perform daily monitoring, updating and closing of incident tickets
  • Escalate issues as needed and maintain communication with the customer, technical teams and Vendors within the established service level agreements
  • Inform management of potential problems and identifies problem trends
  • Create and maintain support documentation and training materials
  • Implement new strategies or procedures when required
  • Assist with Installs, configure and upgrade device hardware and software as needed
  • Any other duties and special projects as assigned
