- A commercial vocational qualification in the real estate sector, such as training as a real estate agent, or several years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Bookkeeping experience and knowledge of operating-cost law.
- Ideally, basic knowledge of SAP, Yardi, IMS, REALAX, and iX-Haus.
- Fluent German language skills.
- Independently prepare operating-cost and heating-cost statements for complex residential and commercial properties.
- Support property management in recording and reviewing provisions in rental agreements.
- Ensure proper and causation-based cost allocation.
- Process and answer inquiries about operating-cost and heating-cost statements and incoming objections.
- Support the maintenance of billing-relevant master data in various management systems.
- Prepare heating-cost and user data for metering service companies.
- Support the preparation of seller and cutoff-date statements during changes of ownership or property management.
- Basic knowledge of SAP, Yardi, IMS, REALAX, and iX-Haus.
