Requirements
- A master's degree in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or another qualified degree is required.
- An Oregon LPCA, CSWA, or AMFT license is required.
- Associate clinicians must demonstrate a clear path to obtaining full licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW by July 1, 2027.
- Experience providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages is required.
- The position requires onsite work at the Eugene office.
- The position is full-time W-2 employment with a minimum caseload expectation of 25 one-hour client sessions per week.
- Employment is contingent upon passing a post-offer background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral health services to clients of all ages using evidence-based practices.
- Conduct client therapy sessions and maintain a full-time caseload of at least 25 one-hour sessions per week.
- Represent the company and its leadership positively and professionally as a brand ambassador.
