Role Overview

We are hiring a Legal and Security Administrator with an educational or work-experience background appropriate to handling a range of data security and legal administrative responsibilities. We prioritize a willingness to learn, clear thinking and a “can do” attitude over technical knowledge, although an understanding of basic data security and legal concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and complete customer security questionnaire(s) and identify opportunities to improve the interface between the Go-to-Market and Security & Compliance teams.
Collaborate with multiple teams at DroneDeploy to streamline security procedures and policies.
Support and coordinate audit-related tasks.
Manage commercial contract databases and processing.
Support equity administration and other legal compliance activities.
Assist in the management of other security, legal and compliance-related projects, including data privacy compliance initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. institution
1-2 years experience in legal or compliance-related role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Able to work between Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm PT; If not located in the PT zone available to work some overlapping hours with the PT zone
Able to work 100% remote OR in the San Francisco office 1 to 3 days per week
Some travel may be required for company events
Familiarity with SaaS or technology industry is a plus
A constant desire to grow, learn and explore new things
