Tive provides real-time visibility for supply chains by combining sensor trackers with a cloud software platform. The trackers collect data on location and conditions such as temperature, shock, light exposure, and humidity, then send it to the platform via the network (including a 5G-enabled option). The software lets customers actively track shipments, set custom alerts for conditions that exceed limits, and view historical data to spot trends. A 24/7 monitoring service is available to manage in-transit issues. The business model centers on sensor plus software, typically through a subscription or usage-based plan for access to the trackers and platform. Unlike some competitors, Tive emphasizes end-to-end real-time monitoring with both reusable and single-use trackers and proactive alerts, helping logistics and transportation customers improve control and optimize operations across global cargo movements.

Tive launches Bluetooth-enabled Seal for real-time cargo tampering detection globally

Tive, a supply chain visibility technology company, has launched the Tive Seal globally, a single-use Bluetooth-enabled cable lock providing real-time tamper detection for container and trailer doors. The device was developed in partnership with security seal specialist TydenBrooks. The Seal integrates with Tive's Solo 5G trackers and cloud platform to deliver instant alerts when security is compromised through cable cutting, forced entry or device damage. Data feeds directly into the Tive platform and existing Transportation Management Systems, enabling immediate response to potential cargo theft. More than 1,200 global shippers, logistics providers and retailers currently use Tive's technology. CEO Krenar Komoni said the Seal addresses increasingly sophisticated cargo theft by enabling detection before losses occur. The product is now commercially available worldwide through Tive's sales channels.
