Responsibilities
  • Manage sample operations across multiple cross-functional partners, from request to receipt; follow company calendars and guidelines for sample deadlines.
  • Meet and report out on sample deadlines and regularly update the team on the current status of samples inventory.
  • Ensure the correct items are sent to photoshoots, studio, and third party partners as required.
  • Clearly communicate completed tasks and any outstanding issues to relevant team members. Maintain an organized system for sample storage for tracking and retrieval purposes.
  • Work with our Asia Operations team to manage inbound samples but also our US and European warehouse operations teams to coordinate shipments of missing or late samples.
  • Work with Finance to track expenses related to sample production and distribution and report out on a regular cadence to leadership
  • Identify and implement improvements in the sample management process to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
