- At least seven years of experience designing, developing, and monitoring integrations on Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Experience delivering at least two end-to-end Oracle Integration Cloud integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud as one of the boundary systems.
- Experience using HCM data extracts in Oracle Integration Cloud to export data from Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Implementation experience with REST and SOAP web services.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion integration capabilities, including APIs, events, files, FTP, and inbound and outbound integrations, along with experience delivering a large implementation project.
- Good understanding of XSLT transformations, API security implementation, interface error handling, and integration deployment.
- Experience integrating cloud and database or legacy applications using Oracle Integration Cloud.
- VBCS or Apex implementation experience.
- Interact with functional consultants and business teams to provide architectural and technical solution approaches for implementation programs.
- Exposure to HCM extracts for Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Compensation, Employee, Job, Core HR, and OTL.
