Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Account Executive position
  • 1 year's experience managing a complete and consultative sales cycle and closing
  • Native or perfect written and verbal English, Spanish is a big plus
  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and/or ZoomInfo
  • Experience with Outreach.io and/or Hubspot, in addition to 6Sense and/or Hoovers/D&B is a plus
  • Experience in Lead generation in a high-velocity setting (i.e., SaaS, EOR, Fintech)
  • Previous experience selling an HR solution is a plus
  • Methodical in organizing tasks with prospecting new clients and managing existing accounts
  • Experience and knowledge of the North America region
  • Experience across multiple international territories
Responsibilities
  • Bring in new client accounts from prospecting to closing the sale
  • Sell Justworks’ international products successfully across a wide range of clients
  • Partner with the PEO and Payroll sales teams to team sell and close new accounts
  • Prospect potential client leads and convert them into paying customers
  • Become an expert communicator of Justworks’s value proposition and differentiation and functionality of our platform
  • Build materials and resources as needed to close sales with clients
  • Develop subject matter expertise on the EOR / Global PEO industry across markets
  • Drive sales growth - find opportunities to upsell and increase profitability of client relationships
