Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Department of Defense operations or other relevant experience is required.
  • Experience with process documentation is required.
  • A Secret Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities
  • Perform resource management or financial management activities associated with program management analyses for information technology investment or implementation decisions, or enterprise program-focused evaluations or recommendations.
  • Provide enterprise oversight, expertise, and integration of enterprise project management support for the Army Enterprise Staff Management System, analyze gaps within its product roadmap, and implement improved processes to enable acceptance of technical solutions.
  • Provide recommendations for updating products, systems, projects, and programs based on data from Army organizations and other activities, including system requirements and alternate program acquisition strategies, in accordance with life-cycle cost estimate presentation requirements for Army systems.
  • Assist with Integrated Product Team meetings, record and submit minutes, document findings and lessons, and assist in preparing Program Reviews and submitting records of results.
  • Develop and maintain Army Enterprise Staff Management System and CPE ES2 documents in accordance with governing requirements; review documents for compliance and accuracy and recommend improvements.
  • Formulate, coordinate, and assist with monitoring performance and progress against plans, baselines, and requirements.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving issues affecting program or project cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Assist in preparing and executing internal and external Program Reviews and briefings covering accomplishments, upcoming work, estimates at completion, challenges, and issues.
  • Prepare program or project senior leadership for external project management reviews by providing research, data analysis, and multimedia creation support.
  • Consult with program or project subject-matter experts regarding background information supporting work activity descriptions and impacts.
  • Create and update guidance related to project management processes, roles, responsibilities, and business rules.
  • Coordinate and participate in Integrated Product Team meetings by synchronizing calendars, reserving conference rooms, contributing functional or technical expertise, and providing administrative support to government program office leads or managers.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and execution of recurring meetings and reviews, including staff calls, Program Management Reviews, and all-hands meetings.
  • Coordinate weekly updates of the strategic calendar with significant activities, travel, and events.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and collection of program office inputs for each quarterly Risk Management Board.
  • Own daily operations processes and routine products to ensure a precise and consistent flow of operations for organization leaders.
  • Convey the Government Operations Director's taskings to staff directors and O-5 functional organizations and communicate in accordance with the Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager.
  • Engage stakeholders to identify and plan senior-level engagements in a dynamic environment.
  • Analyze short-term, mid-term, and long-range planning for projects and tasks, anticipate potential complications, and develop and implement solutions for unplanned events and issues.
  • Prepare and distribute briefs based on stakeholder discussions and feedback to the Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager in a timely manner, both in person and in writing as needed.
  • Review and analyze issues and provide recommendations and suggestions to improve performance for leadership.
  • Develop, revise, recommend, and ensure implementation of policies, plans, procedures, and directives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations outlining current status across organizational and functional lines.
  • Serve on a team and, when assigned, lead a team regarding special programs or projects; identify existing or potential problem areas and recommend corrective action.
  • Identify areas needing emphasis and provide guidance to ensure programs and initiatives meet management expectations.
  • Deliver special project reports and document analysis results in white papers, presentations, or other required formats to communicate recommendations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Experience working with United States Army organizations is preferred.
  • Experience tracking metrics using Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access is preferred.

What is the Scope of the FBI Academy Contract? Chenega told ExecutiveBiz on Wednesday that the security services required under the contract include access control, visitor screening and visitor badge processing. The contract has a performance period of 5 years and is worth $6.4 million. Work begins May 2026. Commenting on the award, CNI President David Pine said, "The Chenega team is proud to have been awarded this contract once again and continue its partnership with the FBI's Training Division." "Supporting the FBI Academy is an important component of Chenega's law enforcement agency business line which includes projects with the United States Secret Service James J. Rowley Training Center, DHS Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers and the NASA Protective Services Training Academy," Pine added. What other security services contracts has CNI secured in 2026? The contract with the FBI Academy is CNI's latest security services award from U.S. government customers this year. In late March, the Chenega subsidiary announced having secured an $8.5 million contract to continue its role of supporting force protection operations at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Humphreys Engineer Center in Alexandria, Virginia. CNI had delivered similar services since 2023, and with the contract, the company would continue providing support through September 2030. And in early March, CNI secured a five-year, $78.6 million task order from the Department of Homeland Security via its FPS Acquisition Division multiple award contract for protective security officer services. The award called for the provision of access control, patrol support and other armed security guard services at IRS headquarters in Washington, D.C., and the IRS New Carrollton Center in Lanham, Maryland. Work on the contract is expected to start in June and run through May 2031.
