- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current license by the State of Indiana in good standing.
- Must be capable of extended periods of standing, bending, and heavy lifting.

- Provide direct and indirect nursing care for residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with facility standards, policies, and Federal and State regulations.
- Provide resident assessment and assist in developing and implementing each resident’s plan of care.
- Supervise and manage personnel on the assigned unit.
- Provide total care for all residents on the assigned unit and supervise direct-care staff to ensure residents’ needs are met.
- Review daily nursing staff assignments on the unit to ensure duties are consistent with staff members’ abilities and training.
- Initiate and update nursing care plans for residents on the assigned unit.
- At least one year of experience in long-term care or a related field is preferred.
