Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in SQL Server (2016 or later), including stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning
  • Experience with reporting tools, especially Crystal Reports
  • Experience with PowerBI
  • Experience with database form design
  • Strong understanding of database security and HIPAA compliance
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Project management experience
Responsibilities
  • The Database Administrator is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and performance tuning of the organization's database systems, with a primary focus on the Electronic Health Record System
  • This includes ensuring data integrity, security, compliance, and availability
  • The DBA also supports reporting functions and collaborates with internal teams to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and manage integrations with third-party systems

  • Experience with electronic health records systems (e.g., Welligent, SmartCare, or similar)
