Jushi Holdings relocates Beyond Hello dispensary to Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania.

Jushi Holdings relocates Beyond Hello dispensary to Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania. August 20, 2026 Jushi Holdings Inc. has opened a relocated Beyond Hello medical marijuana dispensary in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania, shifting an existing retail license from Johnstown as the multi-state cannabis operator adjusts its retail footprint in southwestern Pennsylvania. The Beyond Hello Belle Vernon dispensary, located at 1533 Broad Ave. in Westmoreland County, began serving Pennsylvania medical marijuana patients on July 31. Jushi plans to hold a grand opening celebration on August 21. The relocation moves Jushi's former Beyond Hello Johnstown operation to a retail corridor in Belle Vernon with access to Interstate 70. The surrounding area includes national retailers, grocery stores and restaurants, giving the dispensary a more commercially concentrated location serving patients and caregivers in the Mon Valley and communities across Westmoreland, Fayette and Washington counties. For Jushi, the move represents an effort to optimize an existing Pennsylvania retail asset rather than simply add another dispensary to its portfolio. The company identified Pennsylvania as one of its most important operating markets and said the Belle Vernon location is intended to improve accessibility across the region. "Pennsylvania continues to be one of Jushi's most important operating markets, and this relocation reflects our commitment to continually enhancing the access and experience we provide to patients across the Commonwealth," said Jim Cacioppo, CEO, Chairman and founder of Jushi Holdings. The Belle Vernon store carries medical marijuana products permitted under Pennsylvania's program, including flower, vaporizers, concentrates, troches, tinctures, topicals and capsules. Products are available from multiple brands operating within the state's regulated medical marijuana market. Patients can also reserve products online for in-store pickup, adding a digital ordering component to the physical retail operation. The dispensary is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Relocating the Johnstown dispensary allows Jushi to reposition its retail presence around a different regional customer base while continuing to operate within Pennsylvania's medical marijuana framework. Location can be particularly important for dispensary operations because patient access, traffic patterns and proximity to surrounding population centers directly affect the usefulness and performance of a retail site. "By relocating our existing dispensary to Belle Vernon, we are improving convenience and accessibility for patients and caregivers throughout the region," Cacioppo said. The company's August 21 grand opening will include promotional pricing and an educational medical card sign-up event for prospective patients. The event will provide information about obtaining a Pennsylvania medical marijuana card and answer general questions about the state's medical marijuana program. Jushi is a vertically integrated cannabis operator with operations spanning multiple parts of the cannabis supply chain. The company trades on the Canadian Securities Exchange under JUSH and on the OTCQX market under JUSHF. Its strategy includes building a portfolio of branded cannabis assets through acquisitions, distressed situations and competitive licensing applications. The Beyond Hello brand serves as the company's consumer-facing dispensary operation. The Belle Vernon relocation illustrates another component of that strategy: repositioning existing retail infrastructure when management identifies an opportunity to improve market coverage and patient access. Rather than expanding its Pennsylvania store count through the move, Jushi is reallocating an existing dispensary operation to a location with interstate access and proximity to several southwestern Pennsylvania counties. The effectiveness of the relocation will depend on how well the new site extends the company's reach among qualified patients while supporting the operating economics of its broader Pennsylvania retail network.

Modest top-line growth, better margins, but losses and leverage remain. Jushi Holdings Inc. posted Q1 2026 revenue of $66.4 million, up 4% year over year, with gross margin rising to 45.0%. Adjusted EBITDA increased to $11.4 million, reflecting improved grower-processor efficiency and greater contribution from Jushi-branded products. The balance sheet shows $42.3 million in cash as of March 31, 2026, but also total gross debt of $222.1 million subject to scheduled repayments. The new $160.0 million term loan due 2029 extends maturities yet locks in a 12.5% coupon, sustaining high interest expense. Federal rescheduling of state-licensed medical marijuana to Schedule III, with medical sales about 60% of 2025 revenue, should ease tax pressure by eliminating Section 280E for those operations.
