Responsibilities
  • Design, build and deploy models that optimize the performance of advertising campaigns
  • Work with stakeholders from across the business to gather, understand, and develop actionable use cases for data science products
  • Combine data expertise and domain knowledge to elevate and maximize the use of data at the organization
  • Perform analysis that generate actionable insights and construct data narratives that convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Provide expertise and leadership on making technical decisions
Desired Qualifications
  • Degree in computer science, math, statistics or another quantitative field
  • Adept with Python and exposure to modern software development practices like version control with GitHub
  • Knowledge of statistics and modeling best practices
  • Experience with digital advertising and marketing
  • Excellent at communicating complex ideas and can convey ideas accurately and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Curious and eager to learn new paradigms, tools, and processes; can do so quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, work environment
  • Independent and able to responsibly work from home
