Responsibilities
  • Supports the Chief Business Office with projects and initiatives in support of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.
  • Helps to manage and coordinate department events such as faculty receptions, events hosted by the Chair, conferences, retreats, etc. Collaborates with others in the department as need be.
  • Maintains the department website and social media platforms. Partners with Marketing as need be.
  • Provides back up support for the Chair’s Exec Secretary with issues related to faculty affairs, hiring and promotion.
  • Oversees the creation, coordination and execution of the program.
  • Provides budgetary management to the program.
  • Provides training and guidance for individuals supporting the program.
  • Promotes growth and expansion of the program.
